Development Phase & Finalization Phase

A design proposal in the development phase includes a fully developed design. These designs correspond to the high quality presented on my website. During the development phase, you will be presented with design proposals, and you provide feedback. If you are satisfied with a design proposal, we move on to the finalization phase. Here, your selected design will be refined, and any final design corrections will be made if necessary.

Feedback - Design Proposal or Design Correction?

A design proposal involves more significant changes, as it may include alterations to the concept, layout (position of design elements), font, and colors. If you receive a design proposal from me that you feel should go in a different direction, please request a new design proposal. However, if you like the design proposal and only require minor changes, such as font, color, and minor layout adjustments, then it would be considered a design correction. Design corrections do not allow for demanding a completely new design proposal, as the number of design proposals is generally bound to the agreed project price.

Advance Invoice and Final Invoice?

The down payment invoice is necessary and non-negotiable. It must be paid via bank transfer. Once work has commenced, this down payment amount is non-refundable. The client has the freedom to only pay the final invoice upon acceptance of the final design. Only then will the usage rights be transferred.

If the number of design proposals and design revisions specified in each pricing model is exhausted, additional work on the design can be continued if desired. The hourly rate for the Basic package is €80, for the Advance package is €70, and for the Premium package is €60.
The total hourly rate will be separately itemized in the final invoice. Additionally, this additional service will only be provided with the consent and commitment to pay the total amount by the client. Therefore, there is an obligation to accept a final design if this additional service is to be utilized.
